It was published in the Official Gazette, no. 467/26.V.2023, DEURGEN ORDINANCE no. 44/2023 for the establishment of measures necessary to optimize the implementation process of infrastructure projects financed from non-reimbursable external funds, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.

This normative act brings changes and additions regarding GEO 133/2021, GEO 64/2022, GEO 171/2022, GEO 18/2023.
