The Northwest Regional Development Agency, as the Management Authority for the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 (NORTH-VEST REGION), publishes today, August 30, 2023, Applicant's Guide 131.A – Innovative productive investments for micro-enterprises in the North-West Development Region.
The call for projects is competitive, with submission deadline, and funding applications can be submitted through the MySMIS 2021/2021+ computer system during: October 9, 2023, 10:00 a.m. – April 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m.
MANDATORY ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES
The project proposed in the funding application must necessarily include investments in tangible assets. It is optional to include investments in intangible assets in the project.
It is mandatory to include in the project at least activity 1 and/or 2 from the list below.
- Construction, expansion of production/service provision spaces, including related general utilities (water supply, sewage, heat agent, electricity, PSI);
- Activities with the purchase of technological equipment, machines, work installations, furniture, computer equipment, office automation, of the nature of fixed assets, respectively which are found in Subgroup 2.1. "Technological equipment (machines, machines and work installations)", Subgroup 2.2. "Measuring, checking and regulating apparatus and installations", Class 2.3.6. "Equipment and installations to be transported and lifted", or Group 3 "Furniture, office equipment, protection systems for human and material values and other tangible assets" from Government Decision no. 2139/ 2004 for the approval of the Catalog regarding the classification and normal durations of operation of fixed assets and which fall within the value limit related to fixed assets, established by the legal regulations in force at the date of submission of the financing application.
- Activities with the purchase of specific installations/equipment in order to obtain an energy saving, as well as systems that use renewable (alternative) energy sources for the efficiency of the activities for which funding has been requested. Renewable (alternative) sources of energy: solar energy (used to produce heat or supply electricity through photovoltaic systems); wind energy; hydropower; biomass (biodiesel, bioethanol, biogas); geothermal energy.
- Activities with the acquisition of patents, licenses, know-how or other intellectual property rights.
It is mandatory to carry out the information and publicity activities related to the project in accordance with the Visual Identity Guide developed by MIPE and with the contractual provisions.
ELIGIBLE RELATED ACTIVITIES consist in:
Consulting activities for project management and/or writing the funding request.
The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.
In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.
The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.
