The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Management Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), issues a set of CORRIGENDUMS for the guidelines related to project calls PRNV/2023/311.A/1 and PRNV/2023/312.A/1.
ADR Nord-Vest publishes the following:
- CORRIGENDUM no. 1 of modification and addition to Applicant's Guide 311.A – Increasing energy efficiency in the region as part of investments in the housing sector and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV/2023/311.A/1 within the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.
This Corrigendum amends and supplements the following:
- Project submission period – December 8, 2023, 10:00 a.m. – August 8, 2024, 10:00 a.m.;
- Head. 5.2.1. The general criteria regarding the eligibility of activities;
- Annex I.1 – Single declaration;
- Annex III.1 - Eligibility check grid frame model;
- Annex IV.1 – De minimis aid scheme administrator delegation contract;
- Annex II.15 – SME financing mechanism;
- Annex V – Financing contract;
- Annex II.1 – Technical and financial evaluation grid.
- CORRIGENDUM no. 2 of modification and addition to Applicant's Guide 312.A – Supporting energy efficiency in public buildings, including heritage buildings and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV/2023/312.A/1 within the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.
This Corrigendum amends and supplements the following:
- Annex II.14 Project budget and list of equipment and works;
- Annex IV Financing contract.

The provisions of the decisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendums and consolidated guidelines on the website of the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 www.regionordvest.ro in the section specific to the call for projects.
The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.
In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.
The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.
