The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Managing Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), publishes today, August 11, 2023, the Applicant's Guide for the call for projects 131.C – Increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the fields of robotics and nanotechnology.
The call for projects is competitive, with submission deadline, and funding applications can be submitted through the MySMIS 2021/2021+ computer system during: September 12, 2023, 10:00 a.m. – March 11, 2024, 10:00 a.m.

A. Eligible Activities
- Construction, expansion of production and service spaces, including related utilities (water supply, sewage, heating agent, electricity, PSI);
- The purchase of technological equipment, machines, work installations, furniture, computer equipment, office equipment, of the nature of fixed assets of the type

- Technological equipment (machines, machines and work installations)
- Measuring, control and regulation apparatus and installations
- Transport and lifting machinery and installations
- Furniture, office equipment, human and material asset protection systems and other tangible assets;
- The purchase of specific installations or equipment in order to achieve an energy saving, as well as systems that use renewable energy sources (solar energy, wind energy, hydropower, biomass or biothermal energy) for the efficiency of the activities for which financing is requested;
- Activities regarding the acquisition of patents, licenses, know-how or other intellectual property rights.
B. Eligible Related Activities
The related eligible activities include consulting activities for project management or for writing the funding request. Other activities of the type exemplified above can be considered eligible if they fall within the limits of the activities supported by the PRNV 2021-2027 and if the applicant justifies the need for their development in order to implement the project.
The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.
In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.
The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.
