The Management Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West) issues CORRIGENDUM for the Applicant's Guidelines 132.A.1 and 132.A.2.
CORRIGENDUM no. 6 of modification and addition to 132.A.1 – Supporting the development of smart specialization parks and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV/2023/132.A.1/1 from the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.
The reason/justification for issuing this Corrigendum is to correct some material errors in the Applicant's Guide and the Funding Agreement.
For this reason, the following documents have been updated:
Applicant Guide, subchapter 5.1.1 Eligibility of applicants and partners
Annex I – Grid for checking the eligibility of the funding request.
Annex IV – Financing contract.
CORRIGENDUM no. 1 of modification and addition to Applicant's Guide 132.A.2 – Supporting the development of some SMEs' initial investments in smart specialization parks and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV/2024/132.A.2/1 from the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.
The reason/justification for issuing this Corrigendum is to correct some material errors in the Applicant's Guide and the need to detail some provisions was identified in order to clarify their interpretation.
For this reason, the following documents have been updated:
Applicant Guide, chapters/subchapters:
- 4.1. The date of the opening of the call for projects – 26.04.2024;
- 4.3.1. Date and time for the start of project submission – 26.04.2024;
- 4.3.2. Date and time of closing of the call for projects – 27.10.2025;
- 5.1.1. Eligibility requirements for applicants and partners;
- 5.2.1. General requirements regarding the eligibility of activities;
- 7.2. The language used to complete the funding application.
Annex I – Grid for verifying the eligibility of financing applications;

Annex III.4 – Financial model;
Annex VII – Financing contract.
According to the documents issued by the Management Authority, the provisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendum and the consolidated Applicant's Guide on the website of the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 www.regionordvest.ro in the specific section of this call for projects.
The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.
In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.
The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.
