The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 allows the phasing of the implementation of some projects contracted in the 2014-2020 programming period within the 2021-2027 programming interval.
Funding through non-competitive appeals of those 53 of staged projects within the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 is regulated by Instruction 6/20.02.2024 which the Program Management Authority issues for public consultation.
The instruction is available at: https://regionordvest.ro/implementare/instructiuni-am-por/, and the public consultation period is of 10 working days from the date of publication, until the date of 06.03.2024.
The document that establishes all the conditions for granting financial support for the staged projects from the Regional Operational Program POR 2014-2020 within the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 is Annexed to this Instruction.
The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.
In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.
The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.
