The Ministry of European Investments and Projects has published the user manual for the "Funding Requests" module within the MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ IT system, the unique information management system through which the funds allocated for the Northwest Regional Program and for all other programs in Romania related Cohesion Policies 2021-2027.

MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ is a complex application and digital 100% stream developed by the Special Telecommunications Service. The computer system completely eliminates documents in printed format, reduces bureaucracy, ensures high security and transparency in the process of accessing European funds.

Potential beneficiaries can access the single account to already enter the preliminary documents necessary for the process of accessing European funds. They also have access to answers to frequently asked questions that arise when using the application, as well as to a Helpdesk system through which they will be able to quickly get answers to questions.

Users of the MySMIS2021/SMIS2021+ computer system will have at their disposal a specialized support call-center, technically developed by the Special Telecommunications Service and operated by MIPE, at the unique telephone number 031.9268.
