Unit\u0103\u021bile administrativ-teritoriale (UAT)<\/strong> definite conform prevederilor OUG nr. 57 din 3 iulie 2019 privind Codul administrativ, respectiv:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>County;<\/li>\n<li>County seat municipality;<\/li>\n<li>Municipality;<\/li>\n<li>Town;<\/li>\n<li>Comun\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B. Institu\u021bii ale administra\u021biei publice locale<\/strong> aflate \u00een subordinea sau coordonarea autorit\u0103\u021bii publice locale, desprinse din aparatul Prim\u0103riei\/Consiliului Jude\u021bean, cu bugetul aprobat prin HCL\/HCJ, care deruleaz\u0103 proceduri de achizi\u021bii publice av\u00e2nd personalitate juridic\u0103 \u0219i care au primit \u00een administrare infrastructura educa\u021bional\u0103 (Exemplu: acele entit\u0103\u021bi, Direc\u021bie\/Serviciu, desprinse din aparatul Prim\u0103riei, aflate sub coordonarea Consiliului Local, cu bugetul aprobat prin HCL, care deruleaz\u0103 proceduri de achizi\u021bii publice av\u00e2nd personalitate juridic\u0103 \u0219i care au primit \u00een administrare infrastructura educa\u021bional\u0103).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C.
