{"id":5313,"date":"2024-01-29T21:46:26","date_gmt":"2024-01-29T19:46:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/?p=5313"},"modified":"2024-01-30T09:18:30","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T07:18:30","slug":"autoritatea-de-management-pentru-programul-regional-nord-vest-2021-2027-regio-nord-vest-publica-corrigendum-uri-pentru-ghidurile-solicitantului-aferente-celor-publicate-pana-la-aceasta-data","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/autoritatea-de-management-pentru-programul-regional-nord-vest-2021-2027-regio-nord-vest-publica-corrigendum-uri-pentru-ghidurile-solicitantului-aferente-celor-publicate-pana-la-aceasta-data\/","title":{"rendered":"The Management Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), publishes CORRIGENDUMs related to the Applicant&#039;s Guidelines published up to this date"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The North West Regional Development Agency, as the Management Authority for the North West Regional Program 2021 2027 (REGIO North West), approves according to the Decisions of the Head of AM PR North West 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185 from 29.01.2024<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Given that:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>On October 23, 2023, the instructions for applying the provisions of art. 9 para. <\/em><em>(1) and (2) of Government Decision no. 873\/2022 for establishing the legal framework regarding the eligibility of expenses incurred by beneficiaries within the operations financed in the 2021-2027 programming period through the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund, approved by ORDER no. . 4,013\/5,316\/2023.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Order no. was issued. 5744 of November 6, 2023 regarding the regulation of the use of the Visual Identity Manual.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>The need to detail some provisions was identified in order to clarify their interpretation or to bring them into line with national legislation;<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Is required <strong>the amendment by corrigendum of all the Applicant&#039;s Guides published p<\/strong><strong>until this date<\/strong> with the aim of introducing annexes 1 and 3 of the instructions for applying the provisions of art. 9 para. (1) and (2) of Government Decision no. 873\/2022 which provides in art. 6 that <em>Management Authority <strong>ensures the inclusion of annexes no. 1 and 3 in the Applicant Guidelines<\/strong> for project applications financed by the European Regional Development Fund. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The amendment proposed by Order no. 5744 of November 6, 2023 has a clarifying role in the conditions that since the publication of the final guidelines\/launch of the calls and until now, the aspects regarding the Visual Identity Manual that must be respected by the beneficiary have been clarified.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other changes refer to the grid for verifying the illegitimacy of financing requests, the Single Declaration, the VAT eligibility declaration, the correlation matrix of the project budget with the General Estimate of the investment, respectively the Financing Agreement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The CORRIGENDUMs, the Applicant&#039;s Guides - Increasing energy efficiency in the region as part of investments in the housing sector and annexes related to the call for projects PRNV\/2023\/311.A\/1 within the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 .<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-132-b-1-1-sprijinirea-dezvoltarii-incubatoarelor-de-afaceri\/\">CORRIGENDUM no. 1 amending and supplementing the Applicant&#039;s Guide 132.B.1 \u2013 Supporting the development of business incubators and annexes related to the call for projects PRNV\/2023\/132.B.1\/1 within the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p class=\"5Normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The provisions of the decisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendum and the consolidated guide on the website of the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; text-decoration: none; text-underline: none;\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/span><\/a> in the section specific to the call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_2 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region -
