class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Management Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), issues a set of <strong>CORRIGENDUMS <\/strong>for the guidelines related to project calls <strong>PRNV\/2023\/711\/1 <\/strong>and <strong>PRNV\/2023\/721\/1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>The Management Authority for the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 publishes the following:<\/p>\n<p><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 3<\/strong> amending and supplementing the Applicant&#039;s Guide 711 \u2013 <strong>PRNV\/2023\/711\/1<\/strong> \u2013 Conservation, protection and sustainable and competitive exploitation of cultural and historical heritage, including ensuring and\/or improving access to them (<strong>URBAN<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>This Corrigendum amends and supplements the following chapter of Applicant&#039;s Guide 711:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3.4 Co-financing rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 3<\/strong> amending and supplementing the decisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendums and consolidated guidelines on the website of the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/a> in the section specific to the call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region - total value: 184,978,708 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 6: An educated region - total value: 77,386,100 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 7: An attractive region - total value: 210,363,134 euros<\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance \u2013 total value: 60,464,838 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
