2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), issues <strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 3<\/strong> for the Applicant&#039;s Guidelines related to project calls <strong>PRNV\/2023\/121\/1<\/strong> and <strong>PRNV\/2023\/131.A\/1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>AM PR NV publishes the following:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 3<\/strong> of modification and addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-121-1-digitalizarea-imm-urilor-din-regiunea-de-dezvoltare-nord-vest\/\"><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide 121 \u2013 Digitization of SMEs in the North-West Development Region<\/strong><\/a> and the annexes related to the call for projects <strong>PRNV\/2023\/121\/1<\/strong> from the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 3<\/strong> of modification and addition to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-131-a-1-investitii-productive-inovatoare-pentru-microintreprinderile-din-regiunea-nord-vest\/\">Applicant Guide 131.A \u2013 Innovative productive investments for micro-enterprises in the North-West Development Region<\/a><\/strong> and the annexes related to the call for projects <strong>PRNV\/2023\/131.A\/1<\/strong> from the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Purpose of this corrigendum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the mechanism for developing calls for projects within the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 was revised<\/li>\n<li>the need to detail some provisions was identified in order to clarify their interpretation<\/li>\n<li>material errors were identified that could create confusion in the process of writing and implementing projects<\/li>\n<li>the need to postpone the submission of the projects for a later date was identified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>For this reason, the documents related to the call for projects are amended and supplemented <strong>PRNV\/2023\/121\/1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide<\/strong>, chapters: 3.1, 3.8 (3.8.2 and 3.8.3), 4.1, 4.3 (4.3.1 and 4.3.2), 7.4;<\/li>\n<li><strong>The submission period is February 1, 2024, 10:00 a.m. \u2013 April 11, 2024, 10:00 a.m.;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide<\/strong>, chapters: 8.5 (Application of the quality threshold) and 8.6 (Application of the excellence threshold)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex I \u2013 Eligibility check grid<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex II \u2013 Technical and Financial Evaluation Grid;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.1 \u2013 Single Declaration;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.4 \u2013 Financial analysis<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.4.a \u2013 Financial model;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.5 \u2013 Centralizer regarding cost justification<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.7.a \u2013 Rules, applicable principles for correct classification in the SME category<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex V \u2013 List of indicators<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex VI \u2013 Correlation matrix<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex VII \u2013 Instructions for completing the financing application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>For this reason, the documents related to the call for projects are amended and Guide Corrigendum 3 \u2013 PRNV\/2023\/131.A\/1 \u2013 Innovative productive investments for micro-enterprises in the North-West Development Region<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p class=\"5Normal\">According to the documents issued by the Management Authority, the provisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendum and the consolidated guide on the website of the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/a>\u00a0in the specific section of this call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region - total value: 184,978,708 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 6: An educated region - total value: 77,386,100 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 7: An attractive region - total value: 210,363,134 euros<\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance \u2013 total value: 60,464,838 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
