In 2022, the event for the official launch of the program took place, and a year later the first financing contract was signed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The contract signed on Wednesday evening ensures the financing of a project related to Priority 5 \u2013 An accessible region, through the call for projects for the construction\/rehabilitation of secondary road links to the road network and TEN-T nodes <strong>[PRNV\/2023\/521\/1]<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The project is implemented by the Bihor County Council and will contribute to increasing the quality of the road infrastructure around Oradea, will ensure road access, through Apuseni, to Cluj county and will contribute to the development of tourism in the area. Also, the development of the transport infrastructure is accompanied by complementary investments dedicated to afforestation and the planting of trees along the rehabilitated transport routes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 only in Bihor county they will be built <strong>37.64 km<\/strong> of new roads, and other existing county roads with a length of <strong>36.1 km<\/strong> they will be rehabilitated and modernized.<br \/>\nThanks to this first signed contract, the North-West Regional Program Management Authority 2021-2027 reaffirms its mission to contribute to the development of the region by financing the best projects, which bring the greatest benefits to the inhabitants of the North-West region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region - total value: 184,978,708 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 6: An educated region - total value: 77,386,100 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 7: An attractive region - total value: 210,363,134 euros<\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance \u2013 total value: 60,464,838 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More information about the Northwest Regional Program for 2021-2027 is available\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/programul-regional-nv\/\">here<\/a>, and the program can be consulted\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/PR_NV_1.2_RO-1.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ziua de 29 noiembrie este o zi aparte pentru Agen\u021bia de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Nord-Vest \u0219i Programul Regional Nord-Vest 2021-2027. \u00cen 2022 a avut loc evenimentul prilejuit de lansarea oficial\u0103 a programului, iar la un an distan\u021b\u0103 a fost semnat \u0219i primul contract de finan\u021bare.
