{"id":4942,"date":"2023-12-04T16:50:04","date_gmt":"2023-12-04T14:50:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/?p=4942"},"modified":"2023-12-04T16:57:32","modified_gmt":"2023-12-04T14:57:32","slug":"corrigendum-nr-4-pentru-ghidul-solicitantului-111","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/corrigendum-nr-4-pentru-ghidul-solicitantului-111\/","title":{"rendered":"Corrigendum no. 4 for the Applicant&#039;s Guide 111"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_small\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The North-West Regional Development Agency, as the Management Authority for the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 (REGIO North-West), issues <strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 4<\/strong> for the guide related to the call for projects <strong>PRNV\/2023\/111\/1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>ADR Nord-Vest publishes the following:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 4<\/strong> of modification and addition to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-111-1-proiecte-din-domenii-de-specializare-inteligenta-cercetare-pentru-intreprinderi-din-regiunea-de-dezvoltare-nord-vest\/\"><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide 111<\/strong> \u2013 Projects in areas of intelligent specialization (research) for enterprises in the North-West Development Region<\/a> and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV\/2023\/111\/1 within the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Purpose of this corrigendum:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the mechanism for developing calls for projects within the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 was revised<\/li>\n<li>the need to detail some provisions was identified in order to clarify their interpretation<\/li>\n<li>material errors were identified that could create confusion in the process of writing and implementing projects<\/li>\n<li>the need to postpone the submission of the projects for a later date was identified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For this reason, the following is amended and supplemented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide<\/strong>, chapters: 4.1; 4.3.1 and 4.3.2. \u2013 <strong>The submission period is February 1, 2024, 10:00 a.m. \u2013 March 14, 2024, 10:00 a.m.;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide<\/strong>, chapters: 8.5 (Application of the quality threshold) and 8.6 (Application of the excellence threshold)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.1 Single Declaration<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Annex III.5 \u2013 Financial model;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-111-1-proiecte-din-domenii-de-specializare-inteligenta-cercetare-pentru-intreprinderi-din-regiunea-de-dezvoltare-nord-vest\/\"><strong>SUMMARY Applicant&#039;s Guide 111 Corrigendum 4 \u2013 Projects in areas of intelligent specialization (research) for enterprises in the North-West Development Region.<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p class=\"5Normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the documents issued by the Management Authority, the provisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendum and the consolidated guide on the website of the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/a>\u00a0in the specific section of this call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region - total value: 184,978,708 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 6: An educated region - total value: 77,386,100 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 7: An attractive region - total value: 210,363,134 euros<\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance \u2013 total value: 60,464,838 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More information about the Northwest Regional Program for 2021-2027 is available\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/programul-regional-nv\/\">here<\/a>, and the program can be consulted\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/PR_NV_1.2_RO-1.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Agen\u021bia de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Nord-Vest, \u00een calitate de Autoritate de Management pentru Programul Regional Nord-Vest 2021-2027 (REGIO Nord-Vest), emite CORRIGENDUM nr.4 pentru ghidul aferent apelului de proiecte PRNV\/2023\/111\/1.
