The general criteria regarding the eligibility of activities;<\/li>\n<li>Annex I.1 \u2013 Single declaration;<\/li>\n<li>Annex III.1 - Eligibility check grid frame model;<\/li>\n<li>Annex IV.1 \u2013 De minimis aid scheme administrator delegation contract;<\/li>\n<li>Annex II.15 \u2013 SME financing mechanism;<\/li>\n<li>Annex V \u2013 Financing contract;<\/li>\n<li>Annex II.1 \u2013 Technical and financial evaluation grid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CORRIGENDUM no. 2<\/strong> of modification and addition to\u00a0<strong>Applicant&#039;s Guide 312.A<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-312-a-1-1-sprijinirea-eficientei-energetice-in-cladirile-publice-inclusiv-cladiri-de-patrimoniu\/\">Supporting energy efficiency in public buildings, including heritage buildings<\/a> and the annexes related to the call for projects PRNV\/2023\/312.A\/1 within the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>This Corrigendum amends and supplements the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annex II.14 Project budget and list of equipment and works;<\/li>\n<li>Annex IV Financing contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Corrigendums, consolidated guidelines with related annexes and summary of changes are available at the address below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-311-a-1-cresterea-eficientei-energetice-in-regiune-ca-parte-a-investitiilor-in-sectorul-locuintelor\/\">Applicant Guide Corrigendum 1 \u2013 PRNV\/2023\/311.A\/1 \u2013 Increasing energy efficiency in the region as part of investments in the housing sector<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-312-a-1-1-sprijinirea-eficientei-energetice-in-cladirile-publice-inclusiv-cladiri-de-patrimoniu\/\">Applicant Guide Corrigendum 2 \u2013 PRNV\/2023\/312.A\/1 \u2013 Supporting energy efficiency in public buildings, including heritage buildings<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The provisions of the decisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendums and consolidated guidelines on the website of the North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 <a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/a> in the section specific to the call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region -
