The monitoring plan<\/li>\n<li>12.3 Refund request mechanism<\/li>\n<li>12.4 Schedule of pre-financing\/payment\/repayment requests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Appendix X<\/strong> \u2013 Transfer instructions on MySMIS2014<\/li>\n<li><strong>Appendix VII<\/strong> \u2013 The financing contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/apel-prnv-2023-521-1-521-construirea-reabilitarea-legaturilor-rutiere-secundare-catre-reteaua-rutiera-si-nodurile-ten-t\/\">SUMMARY Applicant Guide 521 Corrigendum 2 \u2013 Construction\/rehabilitation of secondary road links to the road network and TEN-T nodes<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p class=\"5Normal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the documents issued by the Management Authority, the provisions enter into force from the date of publication of the corrigendum and the consolidated guide on the website of the Northwest Regional Program 2021-2027 <a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/\">www.regionordvest.ro<\/a>\u00a0in the specific section of this call for projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_medium with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region - total value: 184,978,708 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 6: An educated region - total value: 77,386,100 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 7: An attractive region - total value: 210,363,134 euros<\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance \u2013 total value: 60,464,838 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">More information about the Northwest Regional Program for 2021-2027 is available\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/en\/programul-regional-nv\/\">here<\/a>, and the program can be consulted\u00a0<a role=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/PR_NV_1.2_RO-1.pdf\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Agen\u021bia de Dezvoltare Regional\u0103 Nord-Vest, \u00een calitate de Autoritate de Management pentru Programul Regional Nord-Vest 2021-2027 (REGIO Nord-Vest), emite CORRIGENDUM nr.2 pentru ghidul aferent apelului de proiecte PRNV\/2023\/521\/1.
