Funding applications proposing interventions on heritage sites can be found in the last approved list of historical monuments, annex to the Order of the Minister of Culture and Religion no. 2.314\/2004 regarding the approval of the List of historical monuments, updated\/amended, and the List of disappeared historical monuments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2.png 1200w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2-300x100.png 300w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2-1024x341.png 1024w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2-18x6.png 18w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2-600x200.png 600w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/1-2-470x157.png 470w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>They must target historical monuments that fall into group A and B, conditional on the location of the investment in the urban environment of the North-West Development Region<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A. Mandatory Eligible Activities<\/strong> proposed in the financing applications represent contractual obligations that will be monitored during the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a.1) Main activities that can be financed independently within the projects related to this call are aimed at interventions on historical monument heritage objectives, provided they include works that are subject to authorization according to Law no. 50\/1991: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Restoration, consolidation, protection, preservation of historical monument heritage objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Modernization, rehabilitation of historical monument buildings with cultural functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a.2) <u>Secondary activities<\/u><\/strong> which can be financed through this call only within integrated projects that include at least one main activity from the above, otherwise the projects will be rejected from financing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interior equipment (installations, equipment and equipment to ensure air-conditioning conditions, fire safety, anti-burglary);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The acquisition, restoration, consolidation, protection, preservation of specific equipment within the limit of 10% from the eligible value of related expenses Cap. 1, Ch. 2, Ch. 4 and Chap. 5, point 5.1.1 of the general estimate (eg: furniture, organ, equipment for the display and protection of movable and immovable heritage, etc.);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Restoration, protection, preservation of interior paintings, frescoes, exterior murals, stucco, iconostasis, etc.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Information and advertising activity<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Digitization activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong><u>B. Eligible Related Activities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through this type of interventions, it is aimed to carry out activities necessary to ensure the functionality and value of the historical monument within the limit of 15% of the eligible value of the expenses related to Cap. 1, Ch. 2, Ch. 4 and Chap. 5, subsection 5.1.1 of the general estimate, by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>rehabilitation, modernization of roads\/roads with direct access with or without parking to the heritage objectives, with the exception of county\/national roads.<\/li>\n<li>expansion of historical monuments.<\/li>\n<li>realization of external improvements on the site of the historical monument and the realization\/rehabilitation\/modernization of related constructions (eg: thermal plant, technical space, etc. with the exception of administrative spaces), including their related utilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to justify falling within the eligible threshold established above, for complementary interventions, the applicant will present an estimate for a separate item with these expenses, and the expenses will be included in a separate category of expenses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3.png 1200w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3-300x100.png 300w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3-1024x341.png 1024w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3-18x6.png 18w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3-600x200.png 600w, https:\/\/regionordvest.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/2-3-470x157.png 470w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_2 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Priority 1: A competitive region through innovation, digitization and dynamic enterprises - total value: 327,904,956 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: A region with smart localities - total value: 60,332,872 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly localities - total value: 210,666,112 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: A region with sustainable multimodal urban mobility \u2013 total value: 305,155,751 euros<\/li>\n<li>Priority 5: An accessible region -
