Perioada de consultare public\u0103 este de la data lans\u0103rii (20 octombrie 2026), p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een data de 10 noiembrie 2026 inclusiv. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00cen cadrul acestui apel de proiecte vor fi sprijinite infrastructurile de CDI \u0219i transfer tehnologic \u00een care actorii din sistemul de inovare\/TT s\u0103 poat\u0103 beneficia de infrastructura specific\u0103, dot\u0103ri, echipamente \u0219i programe de specializare adecvate pentru cre\u0219terea accesului la activit\u0103\u021bi CDI pentru transfer tehnologic, cre\u0219terea capacit\u0103\u021bii de inovare a IMM-urilor \u00een regiune, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de acces pentru IMM-uri la infrastructura de CDI \u0219i transfer tehnologic, adoptarea de tehnologii avansate, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea ecosistemului local de business \u0219i a competen\u021belor, \u00eentr-o abordare integrat\u0103 la nivel local.<\/p>\n

We invite you to actively contribute and submit your observations\/comments\/questions\/requests regarding the content of the Applicant Guide and its annexes to regio@nord-vest.ro<\/strong><\/a> sau folosind formularul de Consultare Public\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The involvement of the entities interested in this Applicant's Guide is important for the realization of a call for projects adapted to the needs of the region and for this reason, the aspects being analyzed by the experts within the Management Authority of PR NV 2021-2027 and in case it is found that those requested have a justification, the clarifications\/modifications are transposed into the final form of the Applicant's Guide.<\/p>\n

The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n

In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n

The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n
