Alocarea nerambursabil\u0103 a prezentului apel de proiecte (FEDR + CN) este de 25.000.000,00<\/strong> euro.<\/p>\n

Perioada de consultare public\u0103 este de la data lans\u0103rii (21 august 2026), p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een data de 28 august 2026 inclusiv. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Solicitantul eligibil<\/u><\/strong> \u00een cadrul apelului de proiecte necompetitiv este parteneriatul <\/strong>format \u00eentre Funda\u021bia INNOCORE, <\/strong>constituit\u0103 \u00een temeiul OG nr. 26\/2000 cu privire la asocia\u021bii \u0219i funda\u021bii, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare \u0219i UAT Jude\u021bul Cluj<\/strong>, definit conform prevederilor OUG nr. 57\/2019 privind Codul administrativ.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00cen cadrul prezentului apel de proiecte vor fi sprijinite investi\u021bii \u00een crearea unui hub regional de inovare care va crea un makerspace, inclusiv infrastructur\u0103 de prototipare, precum \u0219i programe de mentorat \u0219i transfer tehnologic. Investi\u021bia urm\u0103re\u0219te transformarea ideilor, brevetelor \u0219i prototipurilor generate \u00een cadrul ecosistemului regional de inovare \u00een produse inovative \u0219i companii viabile \u00een Regiunea de Dezvoltare Nord-Vest.<\/p>\n

Hubul regional de inovare va pune la dispozi\u021bie infrastructura necesar\u0103 pentru dezvoltarea, testarea \u0219i prototiparea produselor inovative, precum \u0219i servicii dedicate procesului de inovare. Acesta se va adresa actorilor din ecosistemul de inovare care activeaz\u0103 \u00een domeniile identificate ca fiind prioritare \u00een cadrul RIS3 Nord-Vest.<\/p>\n

The involvement of the entities interested in this Applicant's Guide is important for the realization of a call for projects adapted to the needs of the region and for this reason, the aspects being analyzed by the experts within the Management Authority of PR NV 2021-2027 and in case it is found that those requested have a justification, the clarifications\/modifications are transposed into the final form of the Applicant's Guide.<\/p>\n

The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n

In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n

The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n
