Alocarea nerambursabil\u0103 a prezentului apel de proiecte (FEDR + CN) este de 33.089.192,45 <\/strong>euro.<\/p>\n

Perioada de consultare public\u0103 este de la data lans\u0103rii (21 august 2026), p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een data de 28 august 2026 inclusiv. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Solicitantul eligibil<\/u><\/strong> \u00een cadrul apelului de proiecte necompetitiv este Asocia\u021bia INNODISCOVERY, <\/strong>constituit\u0103 \u00een temeiul OG nr. 26\/2000 cu privire la asocia\u021bii \u0219i funda\u021bii, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u00cen cadrul prezentului apel de proiecte vor fi sprijinite investi\u021bii \u00een realizarea unui centru de calcul performant HPC-AI la nivelul Regiunii de Dezvoltare Nord-Vest, destinat activit\u0103\u021bilor de cercetare, testare, validare \u0219i transfer tehnologic.<\/p>\n

Infrastructura urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 nevoilor actorilor din ecosistemul regional de inovare privind accesul la o putere mare de calcul, \u00een corelare cu domeniile identificate \u00een RIS3 Nord-Vest. Accesul la infrastructura HPC-AI se asigur\u0103 \u00een mod transparent \u0219i competitiv, \u00een condi\u021biile stabilite prin Ghidul Solicitantului \u0219i ale Regulamentului de acces la infrastructur\u0103.<\/p>\n

We invite you to actively contribute and submit your observations\/comments\/questions\/requests regarding the content of the Applicant Guide and its annexes to regio@nord-vest.ro<\/strong><\/a> sau folosind formularul de Consultare Public\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The involvement of the entities interested in this Applicant's Guide is important for the realization of a call for projects adapted to the needs of the region and for this reason, the aspects being analyzed by the experts within the Management Authority of PR NV 2021-2027 and in case it is found that those requested have a justification, the clarifications\/modifications are transposed into the final form of the Applicant's Guide.<\/p>\n

The North-West Regional Program 2021-2027 proposes interventions for the development of research, development, innovation and digitization capacity, increasing the energy performance of the existing public and residential building fund, capitalizing on degraded spaces at the city level, sustainable urban mobility, investments in the network of county roads and in the educational infrastructure, as well as actions to capitalize on the cultural, touristic and spa potential.<\/p>\n

In the financial year 2021-2027, public authorities and institutions, the business environment, the academic and research environment and NGOs can obtain funding.<\/p>\n

The Northwest Regional Program benefits from a total allocation of 1,437,252,471 euros.<\/p>\n
