Prin aceast\u0103 ac\u021biune se vor sprijini m\u0103suri care vor r\u0103spunde nevoilor legate de achizi\u021bia \u0219i punerea la dispozi\u021bie a unor locuin\u021be cu caracter social pentru persoanele din grupuri vulnerabile din a\u0219ezarea informal\u0103 Pata R\u00e2t. Se va asigura accesibilitatea persoanelor cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Urm\u0103toarele tipuri de activit\u0103\u021bi sunt eligibile \u00een cadrul apelului de proiecte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activit\u0103\u021bi cu achizi\u021bia locuin\u021belor cu caracter social, care se vor adresa persoanelor din grupuri vulnerabile din a\u0219ezarea informal\u0103 Pata R\u00e2t, care vor avea loc doar dup\u0103 semnarea contractului de finan\u021bare;<\/li>\n<li>Activit\u0103\u021bi cu achizi\u021bia dot\u0103rilor \u0219i\/sau echipamentelor care deservesc locuin\u021bele cu caracter social achizi\u021bionate, care vor avea loc doar dup\u0103 semnarea contractului de finan\u021bare;<\/li>\n<li>Activit\u0103\u021bi soft pentru relocarea persoanelor din grupuri vulnerabile din a\u0219ezarea informal\u0103 Pata R\u00e2t \u00een locuin\u021bele cu caracter social achizi\u021bionate \u0219i pentru integrarea grupului \u021bint\u0103 \u00een cadrul comunit\u0103\u021bii, precum:\n<ul>\n<li>servicii de asisten\u021b\u0103 mutare,<\/li>\n<li>servicii de asisten\u021b\u0103 post mutare,<\/li>\n<li>servicii de asisten\u021b\u0103 psiho-social\u0103,<\/li>\n<li>evaluarea psiho-social\u0103 a familiilor,<\/li>\n<li>servicii de suport administrativ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Modernizarea locuin\u021belor cu caracter social
